It has been our real pleasure to be at University Institute of Technology, Burdwan University for Campus Interview on 23rd February 2010. A total of 48 final-year students of  B.Tech and BE appeared for the interview and showed their interest to start their professional career with us, Webicon Technologies.

We started our Burdwan University campus interview session with an introductory speech by our Business Development Manager. The speech was followed by a written test and personal interview.

The students who will secure total marks above the qualifying standard of written test and personal interview will be called for the Machine Test at one of our office premises. We are eagerly looking forward to select some bright talent from University Institute of Technology of Burdwan University. Hopefully some of the good candidates will cross the final hurdle of campusing and join our growing organization to grow themselves.

It was a good experience for the interviewing team of WIT. Our campus interviewing team consisted of HR & Admin, Chief Technical Officer, Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager and Business Development Manager. WebIcon Technologies especially wants to thank the concerned authority of University Institute of Technology, Burdwan University for arranging the entire process of campusing in a smooth and orderly manner. We really appreciate the overall arrangement and hospitality offered to our entire team of interviewers. We look forward to campas interview at University Institute of Technology of Burdwan University in the coming year too and also look forward to a long lasting relationship.

After a hectic schedule during the whole 2009, we are going for a vacation – now its Christmas week. Lots of enjoyment, fun, deep sleep and so many plans are going to happen. Many ups and downs happened with us, but the satisfying thing is, we got some positive feedback from many clients.

Obviously there are new challenges in 2010 waiting for all of IT people. Major Search engines are revamping their policies; new marketing games have to be played to show results for Clients.

Before going for leave, just few notes from our desk:

• Search Engine Ranking has been no longer online business generator; Social media platforms have proven it. So identifying the effective areas is the biggest challenge.
• Online reputation is one of the important issues to create a positive impression for any Business House or Individuals.
• Innovation is the key to success, so all team members, especially heads – come up with new ideas that actually make the difference.
• Optimize and utilize every minute, because you must have a long task list.
